• We will make reasonable efforts to respond but do not guarantee response times
• Any recommendations We provide are for informational purposes only
• Availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change and are controlled by third-party providers
• You are solely responsible for verifying information and making Your own booking decisions

Third-Party Services

Our Service may provide recommendations and information about third-party hotels and travel providers. If You choose to book with these providers:

• You are entering into a direct contract with the third-party provider, not with Us
• The third party's terms and conditions govern Your booking
• We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party providers
• We are not liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from third-party services
• All complaints or claims regarding third-party services must be directed to the provider

You acknowledge that the Company has no control over third-party providers and assumes no responsibility for their services, pricing, availability, or quality.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

Severability and Waiver

Severability
